His current focus involves supporting early age start ups in their growth strategy. Being deeply exposed to the food tech industry has encouraged Jaime`s passion to accelerate our global transition to a more sustainable food system
Mattan Lurie
Senior Advisor at Brinc
Mattan is a Senior Advisor at Brinc, a leading accelerator that is investing in food tech. Brinc’s food program aims to solve inefficiencies in the food system to enhance sustainability through investments in plant based meat substitutes, cellular agriculture, and fermentation- based proteins. At Brinc Mattan serves as a member of the investment committee and an advisor to portfolio companies, where he works closely with food-tech CEOs on strategy and capital formation. Mattan is also a Venture Partner at Hanaco Ventures, an NYC and Tel Aviv based VC fund that invests in early stage startups and growth-stage technology companies in Israel and the US. Hanaco has invested in leading –agri-food-tech companies such as Redefine Meat, a leading 3D meat printing company, SeeTree, a software company that optimizes fruit tree yields, and Infarm, a breakthrough vertical farming company.

Pascal Kriesche

Pascal Kriesche is founder and CEO of smoodi, a platform for fresh and healthy nutrition, starting with all-natural smoothies. His mission is to empower healthy habits. smoodi's proprietary technology is self-cleaning and self-sanitizing, thus removing the need of any human operator. Pascal holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated in 2019 as a Baker Scholar. After his double degree in Mechanical Engineering in Germany and France, he worked in B2B Sales in Mexico before joining BCG as a Strategy Consultant. When starting smoodi in 2018, he initially validated his key assumptions by manually serving smoothies in more than 10 offices in Boston in paid beta pilots. smoodi launched commercially in 2021 and is now operational in 3 regions, mainly in convenience stores and corporate offices, see for yourself.

Benno is the Director of Business Development at Kitro. A Swiss Startup that developed a fully automated solution to measure, analyze and reduce Food Waste supported by AI. After focusing on the Swiss market they are now starting to expand into international markets. Benno studied hotel management in Lucerne Switzerland and worked in different locations in hospitality. In the past 12 years he supported Booking.com in its growth from a Dutch startup to a global player in the online travel industry by leading offices in Zürich, Switzerland and Frankfurt, Germany.

Anastasia is a skilled Fintech specialist with a solid background in International Business Development with two Master’s Degrees in Finance & Banking and International Trade.
Anastasia is an expert in her craft, i.e., strategic partnership, investment management, corporate finance, and analytics.

She has over 15 years of industry experience in communications, events management and marketing. She holds a Masters in Psychology, which focused on the relationship between people and technology.
